Does anyone know from a modding perspective and with the release of the DLL code is it possible to create a mod to have multiple leaders for each Civ, so for example you might have De Gaulle and Napoleon, Vercingetorix and Boudica etc etc. Each with a unique UA and either unique or shared UB's and UU's....
