Anyone up for making a JFK mod for Civ5?

I just got to looking in the mods for a JFK mod and there's not one!

I think a JFK mod is in order, I tried to myself actually, but I'm no coder :(
(I just make maps...)

Any mod maker up for it? Should be fairly easy(for a coder), just gotta change out a JFK pic instead of Washington for America....

All the rest of the code for America could be used as is... right?
