[G&K] How do the new Civ 5 G&K Research Agreements work?

Hello all,

I just picked up Gods and Kings yesterday evening and I'm trying to find out how the research agreement mechanic works. Is the following formula and example correct:

Standard Game Pace = life of RAs = 30 turns
My_BPT = 400 (each turn for the life of the RA)
Partner_BPT = 400 (each turn for the life of the RA)
Total_RA_Beaker_Output = 30 x 400 = 12,000
Avg_RA_Beaker_Output = 12,000 / 30 = 400
Combined_Beaker_Output = 400 x 2 = 800
Combined_Avg_Beaker_Output = 800 / 2 = 400
My_Beakers_Awarded = 400 x 50% = 200 Beakers (does not assume any SP boost or boost from PT)
My_Beakers_Awarded + SP Boost (+25%) = 400 x 75% = 300 (same value for boost from PT)
My_Beakers_Awarded + SP & PT boosts (+50%) = 400 x 100% = 400

Also, does the game actually show you the beaker contribution (or the average) of the AI?
