[G&K] Help Me Win on Emperor

I am attempting to beat the game on Emperor Difficulty, with Rome, on continents, with all setting to standard. I once again used Tradition’s Four City Opening strategy, and have been successful. I have created my four cities, built a national college, and founded a religion. Also, I had raised a large army of Archers, and Horsemen. I was aggressively expanding around Istanbul, and had eventually declared war once I was strong enough. My Archers wiped out his army, which was of decent proportion. I had also received a Great General during the war, which tipped the balance even more towards my favor. I took Istanbul, and had razed another large but useless city to the north. I have had friendly relations with both Siam, and Denmark; trading goods for gold, and later for other goods. Siam had declared war on the Ottomans, and is currently swallowing up their last city. Siam, then decided to declare war on the Danes as well. In the meantime, I should focus on making my army even stronger, and make a quick advance towards Siam’s capital. Their army will be busy attacking Denmark, leaving me enough time to chop off their head. After that, they’ll have trouble maintaining a large army, once their GDP is in the red.

However, money is also a problem for me as well; my army is already too costly. Nevertheless, from when I left off, I had just finished connecting my cities, and building market places. Since my capital and my other city are surrounded by tundra, I’ll spam a lot of trading posts. I also need to construct some trading posts around Istanbul.
Once I get my economy in order, I’ll upgrade my composite bowmen to crossbowmen, and be better prepared.

I will post some pics once I get home
