Hey I've recently moved up from Prince to Emporer recently and I've been strugling in science against the AI. I think it is my use of the Great Scientists I generate, I used to use all of them all for academies, however recently I've been bulbing some of them to keep up sicence wise.
Is there a specific time when I should stop using academies and just start bulbing them?
