AC w/bog standard txt files, tho w/every Official & Unofficial patch I can find...when selecting/activating Intense Rivalry setting, the reaction of other faction leaders are quite amusing - they wanna like ya, but they just can't!
haven't yet explored this setting sufficiently to know, so will ask: does Intense Rivalry always trump otherwise possibly harmonious Social Engineering settings?
