Some of will you might agree with me that cultural victory is a tad boring and passive. Because of this I thought about adding new conditions for winning. I'm thinking about adding a requirement for several utopia projects (Name change might be in order. I'm thinking "World Heritage Site") to be built, and that they all require a natural wonder within the city border.
I am used to XML modding and such, but I am not sure how one might add such conditions to a core victory condition. Does anyone here know?
