I've got a strange bug in Gem v1.11 - I'm not getting any opportunities! I think the AI doesn't get any either, or at least I don't get any notifications about it. I've uninstalled all other mods, reinstalled the Unofficial patch and Gem, all according to the Common checklist, but nothing helps. It happens on all maptypes and with all civs (that I tried). What could be wrong?
