Scenario creation copy/paste buildings ?

In civ 2 we had the ability to copy/paste a building list from one city to another, via the in game cheat menu.

In civ 4 we had the ability to copy/paste a building list from one city to another, via opening the scenario file up with word/notepad and copy pasting lists into there.

I am wondering if there is a way of doing this in civ 5 ? I mean I just made a map and placed ~ 75 cities on it, obviously it will take a lot of time to edit every single city building list individually...
