Hey I've noticed in a few of the threads here recently when people talk about early wars they always say something along the lines of "make sure you leave 1 city", why is this? Do you get a crazy hit to diplomacy or is it for leaving future trade partners?
Also my last 2 games I started next to Japan, he only had 1 city built, but had a huge force, after countering the rush I just marched over the puppet it. Was this bad? I play for CV but really didnt notice much of a diplo hit, after all he declared on me.
