In my current SG I have a palace prebuild for theory of evolution. The palace will complete in 4 turns and I will learn scientific method in 4 also. Which completes first? Can I learn scientific method and jump to the city adviser to switch my build to ToE or am I going to get stuck with an unwanted palace?
