I just noticed something when playing with BUFFY. If I start a game, all standard settings, no locked assets, (not playing an HOF game), hover the cursor over a tile that's outside my cultural borders (which is any tile before I settle), and select Alt, the game/mod shows me who all my rivals are. I always assumed that that information isn't meant to be known until you explore and meet them. It might affect my starting strategy if I know whether I'm among warmongers or peacemongers. Is that a (no pun) bug?
