New Units create automatic movements?

I would like to know if it is possible to automaticaly move new units create in a city to go in other tile? I don't know if you understand what i mean... i know we could do it in Civ 3 i think. You had to press the right-mouse and then some options were there. It's a good options when you want to build a army and not to order each units to go somewhere you want to individually.
