In my current game I have Darius and Korea both down to their capitals. I took 3 of Korea's cities in a war with Austria and Babylon by my side. Normally I would B-line a capital and leave a smaller city for them but in this case it was on the other side of the continent.
So, both of them are continually spying on me, I have a level II spy in my capital, and have a constabulary. I have denounced them both. I am on course for a CV, but what can I do, other than take out their last cities, to actually stop the continual spying & denouncing from them ?
I had thought about going to war, bringing their cities to it's knees and then backing off, leaving them with a low population. Also if I decided I was going for a domination win, does it matter if I take out the last cities of these Civ's ??
