Mod Download Issue

I am not sure what you call this problem.

I download a mod, expand w/ Ez7z, and when it expands I have several folders all over my desktop.

How do I arrange them before dropping them in the MODs folder in my Finder?

Or am I missing something else?

A specific mod that I have this issue w/is Eternal War.
