Is there a way to remove the free settler each AI gets when playing immortal or deity? It is the most obvious and unfair "cheat" the AI is allowed to pull off, and I find it very immersion-breaking/frustrating.
It doesn't seem to be in CIV5HandicapInfos.xml.
