[BNW] Q & A keys inverted...ONLY

Dear all,

I have a really strange bug...
when I play (and only for hotkeys) the keys Q & A are reversed, a bit like if during the game I was on an AZERTY keyboard.

It's driving me nuts because do put units in Alert I have to hit Q but this also messes up my workers if I want to do a quarry and if I hit Q : they switch to automatic...

(if I chat the keyboard stays in QWERTY)

I play on a MacBook (with a QWERTY) with all DLCs, Mac OS X is in French but I use an US International layout.
Civ5 runs through steam and is in French language.
I have tried to swap the languages from French to English but it doesn't help...

any ideas?
