AI giving away its Cities... AGAIN!

Hi

I remember that few years ago when Civ5 launched its diplomacy was broken. AI was giving away its cities to make peace. Now playing BnW is the same. So I ask - WTF!
Playing on modified Immortal dificulty. The same was on Prince.

Will this game ever be fixed!? :mad:
