Ideology/Religion Conversion post war

I'd like to see you be able to force the AI to take your ideology or religion after you beat 'em down, or make 'em vote your way in the WC.

Hrm. In the World Congress. I'm not gonna try to force anyone to change their WC habits.

At any rate, wondering if there are any mods that implement this? Can't seem to find any.
