A dead civlization made a city-state hate me?

Everything was going just fine, Every city-state in the world loved me... But then... This happened:



Suddenly, Greece is alive and they managed to make a city-state hate me... but... HOW?! I murdered them 200 turns ago! I dont know what is going on, but this will screw up my diplomatic victory...

I dont know if this is suppose to happen but... I'm lost and confused and i have no idea what to do...

If somebody could tell me what i am doing wrong, I would be very happy... :)
