[BNW] Immortal Challenge 12. Theodora.

You can't always get what you want, but you will get what you need.

So here is a challenge for Brave New World. I have been playing the strat a few times trying to open up with Piety to get Organized Religion, and then open Honor. Other openings may work better, but this map is good for trying this opening out I think.
