Mystery tooltip

I have just now noticed a fixed position tooltip (just above the minimap) and I have no idea where it came from.

It appears even with no mods enabled and I have not topuched any config files for months now.

I probably wouldn't mind so much if it didn't have the coordinate details listed as well.

Where did it come from? How can I get rid of it?
