CivUP (alone) - Wonder Descriptions

I have attached two screenshots of a tooltip (?) error about the Museum of Halicarnassus and Neuschwanstein.

I tried removing the cache, mod, and moduserdata folders. I reinstalled CivUP and I still experience the problem.

I created a lua file but it was empty save for the starting debugging line. Hopefully the screenshots will be helpful.
