As if his opposition to civil liberties wasn't bad enough, now he he's costing the taxpayers of New Jersey $24 million to hold a special election 3 weeks before the November election. Ironically, he attacked his predecessor in 2009 for doing the exact same thing. Christie's opponent's claim that he's only doing this to help his political career.
