Luxury Resources and Unique Resources

Where are we in terms of confirmed new luxury resources and unique (luxury) resources?

I remember reading that there was only going to be one single new luxury resource in the game, but that was long ago and I could have misunderstood. Anyways, given the recent annoucements, that doesn't even seem possible anymore (see Indonesia)

There's the early talk of the resource so strongly linked with one particular new civ that it could not be mentioned so as not to give away the civ. As far as I know, we still don't have confirmation of this resource - that I assume is a luxury - nor the new civ linked to it. The most speculated options in the forums so far are Bison, possibly linked to the Sioux and Glass/Venetian Glass/Murano Glass linked, obviously, to Venice. Now that Venice is all but confirmed (thanks, T.J. and Menzies!), the latter might pick up some steam again.

Then there's the Indonesian UA Spice Islanders, that mentions two unique luxury resources. Well, given the name, I'd assume they are both spices, and I'm willing to bet one of them is right there on the setup screen. To me, that plant surely looks like nutmeg. There's even the little white flowers/buttons. As to the other, someone has been mentioning Batik, but I really think is another spice. Could be cloves, could be anything. But it begs the question: will they be on map, plantation improved tile resources? I think not, how could they be? Mot likely they'll follow the porcelain/jewelry mechanic. And equally intriguing: what will be of the current generic spices resource? Will it remain as so in the game?

And lastly, by the same logic of the Indonesian setup screen, that features a very conspicuous nutmeg looking plant, the Moroccan setup screen features another plant looking suspiciously as olive branches. Morocco and olives are closely tied together (look it up). I don't think either is a coincidence. Olives were my most desired luxury behind salt, that was included in G&K.

So, what do you guys know?
