Like Aus,the UK,Canada, in NZ if one cannot afford a senior Barrister ( Queens counsel) one will be provided at the taxpayers cost to make the scrap even between a couple of QCs and their juniors.
So what help do you get from your government and is the help provided as good as what the prosecution have in your country/state ?
