To quickly summarise: I had a tight cultural victory, in which, to my surprise, the computer seemed to complete all six parts of the Spaceship, but did not win regardless, letting me cruise to victory a couple turns later.
The Pilgrim repeated the issue and reported with screenshots and autosaves galore lower down in the thread - thanks be once more unto him!
Anyone had this happen before? What do you make of the issue?
