[G&K] ship bombardment gone

playing a rather enjoyable Game with England and in the middle (hopefully) of war with Greece my ships lost their bombardment ability.

I had 3 battleships around Grek City-State I was softening up and I moved a ship back one tile as I got the Range bonus and I couldnt bombard with any of the 3 Battleships.
went back to the last auto save and still didnt have bombardment.
Does anyone have an idea what may have happened.
