Hi guys. I want to start out by saying I personally *hated* "Pacts of Secrecy" when they came out in the Vanilla game-as they served no useful purpose. However, when G&K brought in Espionage, I felt it finally had a place. After all, if they come into being around the same time as Espionage, then it can be an agreement between 2 civs to subtly undermine a 3rd party-using spies & diplomacy. More to the point, such pacts (along with 10 turns until war pacts) could be exposed by spies & used for Intrigue purposes. What does everyone else think? Do you think its time that "Pacts of Secrecy" made a return?
