HoF Settings Question

So i've finally completed my first Civ5 game! Being rather proud of my score I decided to look for an online HoF, which i found here. Browsing through the rules/settings i noticed something that may exclude my game from submission. I have a preference that carried over from my Civ4 games, and that's playing with more civs than default to make things more "interesting.'

My game was played on a tiny map with 8 civs and 5 city states. Rules/Settings say 4 civs and 8 city states for tiny map.

My best guess is that this does in fact exclude my game from submission, but i want to ask about it anyway. I also ask because the game i want to submit has a score that is about 100 points higher than the top score in the Emperor difficulty :king:

I did not start this game with the intention of submitting, it was only after I saw how high my score was that i decided to investigate. I understand if my submission is refused, and would take no offense.

My next game will adhere strictly to HoF settings, I will bend Rome over my knee once again
