Don't Try For Oracle With Izzy In Game

Deity/normal/fractal Izzy got the Oracle at 2680BC :run::run::run:


Is the title good advice?
Are there other AIs who have a tendency to get certain wonders super early?
Is it worth purposely avoiding these wonders if those AIs are present in the game?
It hurts to waste early hammers on failed wonders. Even with chopping out the Oracle I hate wasting early beakers in unnecessary techs.

I saw a thread a while back on avg. dates to get wonders (on deity), but I'm more interested in AIs known to beat those times and if that should affect my planning. I'm especially interested if any civs are known to build my favorite wonder, the GW.
