What it does:
Adds extra features to World Builder to allow editing of more in game stuff.

Notes: All units are listed here, since theoretically, you can put any unit into the XML field of the building. (I.E. You can actually have a building that spawns Modern Armor using Great People Points)

Range: 0 to Max (1 for Normal Projects, X for Spaceship Parts)
Golden Age

Notes: Change of Civics allowed only when player has the ability to do so (I.E. the technology and no forced civics)
1 means currently activated civics, 0 means nope
Gold
Codes edited so that it now shows the Gold of the City Owner correctly.

Range: 0 to 100
Notes: Allowed only when Unit has min 1 cargo initially, otherwise it did not makes sense
Combat Experience

Notes: If edited above the Great General threshold, Great General(s) will spawn immediately.
Extra Domain Moves
Affects Moves of All Units of that Domain (Like circumvating the globe)
Range: 0 to 10
Experience
Range increased to 10000
Might do in future...:
1) Haven't figured out how to add new stuff directly to the player edit tag, else can shift those like golden age, projects over
2) Lazy to analyze Diplomacy tag, else can add in Espionage Points, CounterEspionage Turns, Open Borders etc
