I am wondering if someone better skilled than me would be willing to assist me with a kind of New World Order mod based on the Steampunk scenario in G&K. What I need is a standard sized map image for the setup screen. I have five civs but they will all have the same map image because they will represent five separate factions that are loosely federated into a single nation of 12 city states headed by a 13th district, sort of like the 50 United States with it's federal government located in it's own district.
What I have in mind would be based on the UN flag but would only incorporate the light blue background and the laurel wreath at the bottom which encompasses the globe.

In the middle would be 13 stars making up a hexagram like the one above the eagle's head on the Great Seal of the United States. The center star in the central row (between the two rows of four) should be bigger than the others, possibly twice as big but at least big enough to be obvious that it's bigger than the rest. A large outer circle needs to encompass all 13 stars the same way the outer ring on the UN flag circles around all of the nations. A straight line should be draw from the center of the large star in the middle through the center of each of the other 12 stars, intersecting the outer circle. This should create 12 equidistant "spokes" similar to the ones on the UN flag. Finally, a smaller circle surrounding just the inner 7 stars and an even smaller circle around just the center star should create three concentric rings like the ones on the UN flag.
Anyone willing to tackle this? It would be greatly appreciated and of course the artist would be credited in my mod and have full rights to their image for distribution as they see fit. There may be others looking for something similar.
