[GotM] March 2013

In the March Game of the Month you will slip into the role of a buccaneer. The English King presented you with a Letter of Marque, it is your challenge to raid so many non-English vessels as possible. Of course, your privateers are dreaded of the other nations, so there is always war. The map scenery is a large and fictive archipelago. Let us know who will be the boldest pirate within 222 turns!


Points will be counted at the end of July 1720 (please make a savegame at the end of turn 222):

• the sum of all experience points of your privateers existing at end of July 1720
• 10 extra points for each Founding Father Francis Drake, Juan de Bermúdez, John Paul Jones and Francois Joseph Paul de Grasse
• 5 extra points for every privateer led by a Great General
• At the same score the treasury of the buccaneers will decide

Some advice:

• Obtain privateers
• It is not allowed to give away any ships to the AI.
• You may found or capture cities
• You won`t be able to make peace even with the natives
