When I was playing through RAND a few times, I made a bunch of notes regarding minor tweaks that I think should be made. Anything that feels "off", I've written down and I would like to post here to change after the next beta release. Feel free to suggest anything else that you think could be slightly adjusted. This thread is only for changes to existing items (mostly buildings and units); I would like to modify things first and then move to brand new things.
