Civ V DX Shortcuts

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a way yet to consistiently get the DX shortcut to launch Civ V without the DX choice window popping up, even though you obviously don't need to answer since you ran a specific DX shortcut. I think mine has gone from working to not and back like four times. It was working until a few days ago until I accidentally deleted it. Since I recreated it, it always prompts me for which DX again :( Thanks.
