I finallu cracked the Noble Level

Thanks to all with advice on the transition from Warlord Level to Nobel (BTS). I finally learned how to effectively chop, use Slavery, create Specialists and pay attention to Diplomacy(especially Religious impacts). These were tools that I didn't learn well at Warlord level as I didn't need them to win. Now that I understand their importance, alone with some other minor skills, I have gone from almost always losing to almost always winning.
