So, I'm in the (very) early stages of working on a scenario, and before I get too far along... Is the number of unique units/buildings & abilities capped at two and one respectively?
If not, does it require coding to add more, or are there perhaps shortcuts?
I know in civ3 a common shortcut was to have certain civs start with techs that could never be researched but provided unique gameplay changes, for example.
