I'm find that there's too much spirituality floating around!
Seriously,
1) Too many missionaries cause lag
2) Little to do with spirit points after the 2nd great profit
3) I can't see a significant diplomacy boost due to spreading religion as there was with Civ 4
4) There are few ways to convert spirtuality to useful things.
5) Allying with city-states that give back spirituality are a waste of money. Food science culture or soldires are much more valuable than spiritual points]
6) However, most building purchases just increase more spirituality and only minor culture bonuses
More ways to convert spirituality into useful things are needed.
I would recommend a 2nd level of religious enhancements.
Or more policies that converted spirituality into gold or culture. The piety tree is very weak.
Missionaries are a pain to move about. They can't go through the same tile as others units and waste much valuable game time.
I suggest reducing the use of missionaries or making them more costly more powerful, and not vulnerable to attack.
