Diplomacy mod that gives whether AI civs can be bribed for war

Is there a mod that just affects the U.I. that gives an ingame summary each turn of what AI will declare war on what other AI civs given enough bribery?

Basically I just want the info I could find out by talking to the AI civs each turn and asking them who they'll declare war on.
