[G&K] GEM + Small Continents Deluxe Map Script

I'd really like to use this mod with a map script I found, Small Continents Deluxe.

Either GEM or The Unofficial Patch removes the map script from my list, though. It seems to work fine with my other mods. I was wondering if there was a way anyone knew that I could fix this, or perhaps just make the mapscript not be a mod.
