City States Have Missionaries?

I wasn't aware that CS's (in this case Singapore) have missionaries or could spread religion.

I've never seen it before. Am I crazy or is this the norm?

I'm on a Mac, and I have all the latest updates (unfortunately, no Fall patch for Mac yet).

Like I said--I've never seen a CS spread try to spread religion before.

Oh--I'm playing Korea in this game.
